WNYIL’s fee-based ​transportation program, Independence Express, offers rides for people with disabilities who reside in Niagara, Erie, Genesee, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties.

Anyone with a disability can participate. We have both wheelchair-accessible vans and minivans for ambulatory riders.
