The Department reviews job announcements and makes certain that they are timely for the current job announcement to be posted. Affirmative action requirements, which include timed postings for internal and external announcements, newspaper advertising and mailings, the Human Resources Department keeps up to date with federal and state requirements, laws, and regulations regarding Equal Employment, Affirmative Action, Americans with Disabilities Act and any other employment practices.
