Independent Living of Niagara County (ILNC) is a catalyst for systems and individual change in Niagara County, enhancing the quality of life for persons with disabilities, while respecting diversity, and promoting choices and alternatives for independent living in our societies.

ILNC provides the Independent Living core services which include: Peer Counseling, Financial Benefits Consultation, Independent Living Skills Evaluation, Information and Referral, Individual Advocacy, Housing Search Assistance, System and Individual Advocacy.
