Service: Volunteer Reader Service

Purpose:
To assist persons who are print handicapped and/or blind to be able to read necessary information at their leisure.

Method:
1. Consumers requesting reader service either by calling, in person, or through the mail will be asked the following information:
a) What day and time would you like a reader
b) What location the reading be done
2. Persons who have volunteered to perform the service that best match the consumers needs will be contacted and asked if they would consider working with the requested consumer.
3. Appropriate names and phone numbers will then be given to the consumer for further arrangements.
