Independent Living of the Genesee Region (ILGR) invites parents and caregivers of Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) to a free Winter Self-Care Session. This event will take place on Friday, January 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at ILGR’s Batavia office, located at 319 W. Main Street, Batavia, NY 14020.
Participants will enjoy a variety of accessible self-care activities, including chair yoga, Breath-Body-Mind exercises, mindful art, wellness practices, stress management techniques, and more. A complimentary lunch will be provided, making this a full day dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation.
Participation is limited to individuals who live in Genesee or Orleans Counties. Attendees must pre-register by January 27, 2026.
