NY Connects is the ability to make one phone call to get access to Long Term Supports and Services. Independent Living Centers along with Senior Services/Office of the Aging are working together on the enhancement and expansion of the program by working with seniors, individuals with disabilities and caregivers through information and referral and person-centered options counseling to access services and programs.
