Grief and Loss Forum

WNY Independent Living, Inc. (WNYIL), in partnership with Mental Health PEER Connection (MHPC), will host a Grief & Loss Forum for family members who have lost a loved one to active addiction. The forum will take place on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at WNYIL, located at 3108 Main Street in Buffalo.

This forum offers a supportive space for individuals navigating the impact of loss. Attendees can connect with others who share similar experiences and learn about resources available in the community. A guest presentation from WNY Compassion Connection will also be included, offering an additional perspective on grief related to substance use.

The event is free and open to family members seeking support.
